Labor was an incredible answer to prayer.
We were admitted at about 8:30am, water broke at 11:48am, started pushing at 12:15pm and he was born at 12:28pm. God answered our (and your) prayers for sure!!
Samuel is doing wonderful (and is perfectly healthy!!!) and Esther is recovering really well.
We stayed one night and came home on Thursday evening.
Samuel cried a little after we got home and he woke Reagan up. She got really upset and was crying pretty hard so Brock brought her down to sit with us for a while. She sat with Esther and Samuel and layed her head on him, patted him, kissed him...she just needed to make sure he was okay. She has really taken to him which is another answer to prayer.
These first few days have gone fairly smooth, the first night home was a bit rocky including a 3am run to the store for formula (mamma's milk wasn't in yet and we had a very hungry baby), but other than that it has been really great. He is really a good baby!
We will update more later, just wanted everyone to know Samuel is here and our family is together at home. Here are a few pictures. (TONS more coming in a few days!)
Thank you all more than you know for praying for us. We were so blessed with God's mercy and favor in this process.
